Inn Resort is owned and operated by Ben and Janie Ruoti. The 7 year old
business is located on 4 1/2 acres of Placencia peninsula stretching
from the Caribbean to the lagoon.

four main buildings are quality construction and imported from Top Sider
Homes of North Carolina. The main building has the office, restaurant,
bar and gift shop on the top floor and four family style rooms at beach
level. Two other buildings each have 4 rooms for a total of 12.

There
is a 20'x40' swimming pool and beach BBQ area.
The
dive shop, equipment, boats and vehicles are included in the package.

All
rooms have A/C, phones and wired for cable TV. They have hotel quality
beds, modern baths and mahogany and wicker furniture. |

The
fourth building is the 2500 sq. foot owners home with central air
conditioning, wall to wall carpet, pool table, Jacuzzi, wet bar and all
the comforts of homes in the U.S. |

Nautical
Inn is one of the most popular and successful resorts in the area and
owners are willing to sit down and share the books with interested
parties. This is a complete, turn key operation and Ben and Janie are
willing to assist new owners for a smooth transition.
